FocalShot Pro
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FocalShot Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.
2. App Purpose and License
FocalShot Pro is provided for personal camera and media capture use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app in accordance with these terms.
3. User Responsibilities and Restrictions
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, resell, or misuse any part of the app except as permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app and captured content complies with local laws and third-party rights.
4. Permissions and Local Device Data
To deliver core features, the app may request access to your camera, microphone, and device storage. Photos, videos, and edits are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload your media files to our own servers.
5. Third-Party Services and Advertising
FocalShot Pro uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, crash logs, and diagnostic data as an independent third-party controller. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own policies.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Purchases
Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full card or banking details. Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law.
7. Children's Use
FocalShot Pro is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can take reasonable steps as required.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocalShot Pro and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
