FocalShot Pro does not collect personal contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location data to our own servers. We use Google AdMob, which collects device identifiers to serve ads.
2. Device Permissions Required
To provide core camera functionalities, FocalShot Pro requires explicit access to specific device hardware features. These permissions are strictly used locally on your device.
Camera: Used only to allow the user to take photos.
Microphone: Used only when the user records video.
Storage (Photos & Videos): Used only to save the user's files to their own device.
3. Third-Party Services and Advertising
While we do not collect data directly, our application utilizes Google AdMob to display advertisements and support ongoing development. AdMob acts as an independent third-party data controller.
Google AdMob automatically collects certain information, including device IDs, crash logs, and diagnostic data, to serve personalized ads, prevent fraud, and monitor SDK performance.
All data collected by third-party SDKs (AdMob) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.

All photographs, videos, and edits created using FocalShot Pro are processed and stored exclusively on your local device storage. We do not upload your media to any cloud servers or external databases.
Because we do not store your data, we do not have a mechanism to facilitate data deletion requests. You retain full control over your media through your device's native file management systems.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
FocalShot Pro offers premium features via in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payment transactions are securely processed entirely through the Google Play Billing system. We do not intercept, collect, or store your credit card details or financial information.
6. Children's Privacy
FocalShot Pro is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
